We have arrived people. A brand new literary magazine that will hopefully discover new poets/writers, artists and musicians to Canada and the World for that matter. This is most definitely a fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants operation people but don't fear the unknown, relish in it!
We are currently in the process of producing Issue One of The Toronto Quarterly but it's not too late to submit your poetry/short stories/artwork to us, however we are hoping to have the first issue ready to go in the coming weeks. Here listed below are some guidelines on how to submit your work to us:
3-5 poems per submission- we prefer you post your poetry in the body of your e-mail and attach a brief bio of yourself as well.
1-2 short stories- we prefer your stories be between 500-1500 words, no longer than that please and attach a brief bio of yourself as well.
artwork and photography- we prefer you submit your art/drawings/pictures in the body of your e-mail preferably along with a brief bio. Attachments will be accepted.
books and cd's for review- If you would like us to review your book or music cd, please e-mail us a request and we will send you a mailing address to send us your book or cd.
